Living / Dining room
Inside dining area with a table for 4. Outside dining wood table for 8 on the covered terrace by the pool.
The living room is a very peaceful area with view on the bay.

In a separate bungalow with direct access to the pool : TV room with large flat screen TV on the wall, Disnetwork and Canal Satellite, Home cinema, sofas for 8 people, air conditioning; office room with powder room, desk, telephone/fax, WIFI.
Covered terrace with teak table and chairs.

Fitness room
Glassed-in closed ajoupa on the top part of the property with treadmill, exercise bicycle, stepper, weight machine. Domaine du Levant tennis courts just down the property.

Swimming pool
Beautiful half moon infinity pool, with counter current system, overlooking Petit Cul de Sac bay. Large 2 level sun deck with lounge chairs and 2 large sun beds with thick cushions.
Heated pool during the winter only. With steps.

Private beach area
Closed by wood walls for privacy. Wood paved trails to the beach and to the gazebo. BBQ area.
