Composed of three independent bungalows and perched on the hillside of Colombier with spectacular views of Gustavia, the neighboring island of St. Maarten/St. Martin and not to forget those incredibly beautiful Caribbean sunsets.
The very private villa is surrounded by splendid lush tropical gardens and the private infinity-edge pool gives the illusion of overflowing into the sea. Take a moment to relax by the gazebo or the Vigie (upper sun deck) with magnificent views and listen to the birds song.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom in the upper bungalow
Queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and mosquito net and screens, flat screen television with Canal Satellite (same program as in the living room), DVD and CD player, telephone, dressing. Private terrace and balcony overlooking the nature and the ocean. Ocean view en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 wash basins, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 2 - In the middle bungalow
Queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and mosquito net, television with Canal Satellite (same program as in the living room), DVD and CD player, telephone, dressing. Private balcony overlooking the nature and the ocean and gym area inside the bedroom with a treadmill. Ocean view en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

The second bedroom will be renovated like the master bedroom during the fall 2009. For the moment it is a lovely colonial west indies flair decoration.

Kitchen - In the lower bungalow
The nicely renovated & fully equipped kitchen with ceiling fan features electric oven and stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, electric fruit squeezer, whisk, telephone. Gaz BBQ by the ajoupa Service for 8.

Living / Dining room - In the lower bungalow
The dining area by the kitchen has a table for 6 guests.
The living room decorated in modern style with cream colour leather sofas and dark wood, widely opens onto the terrace by the pool furnished with brand new beautiful and comfortable furnitures.

Swimming pool
Very nice infinity swimming pool with counter current swimming system overlooking the ocean. The Vigie above the pool offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the surrounding islands and is equipped with a minibar, Hifi with Ipod dock, outside living in teak.
