"Le Chant de la Mer", very aptly named as you can listen to the "song of the sea" while gazing at dramatic views from this exquisite five bedroom six bathroom luxury villa. The villa is located on a hillside within landscaped gardens and the private and peaceful area of Pointe Milou. A perfect spot to watch the sunset ! In the main house is located the Great Room, elegantly furnished living room, with a mezzanine style office above, opening to the incredible views. Accommodation is both below the Great Room : Master bedroom and a king bedded en suite bedroom; and partly above the pool : 3 queen bedded bedrooms with lovely decor and gorgeous en suite baths. The heated jacuzzi is off the second bedroom. A state of the art air conditioned fitness room with Technogym equipment offering beautiful ocean views is located below the pool, above the "Petanque" (Bocce) court. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the Great Room and leads to an outdoor terrace featuring both a living and a dining area. The huge pool is surrounded by multiple decks, a gazebo with seating for twelve, two barbecue areas !
Access to the water edge and natural pools is down a long stepped pathway down the hillside.
