 Villa Description

Le Moulin is a exceptional villa located on one of the most beautiful beaches of St Barths, St. Jean Beach. The crystal clear waters and soft white sands are just outside the gate of the villa. The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is tastefully decorated with teak and mahogany. The central area is the very spacious living room with an adjacent fully equipped kitchen. A window closed corridor leads to 2 en suite bedrooms. Le Moulin (The Mill) is the only mill on the island dating back to the 19th century which has been transformed into a unique bedroom. The last bedroom is in a separate bungalow consisting of a little living room area and kitchenette...perfect for a couple or nanny. Popular restaurants, chic boutiques and a variety of watersports activities are all accessible nearby.

Nota: This villa is located on one of the best beaches of the island, but is in close proximity to the runway of the small airport of St. Barths and could be noisy at times during the day.

The air-conditioned living room faces the terrace with very nice views of the garden and the beach. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, large teak chairs and interesting antiques...Flat screen TV with Canal Satellite, DVD and CD players, telephone, WIFI, ceiling fan. Dining is under a covered terrace with a large teak table and dining table seating for 8 persons.
