Villa Description

This villa sits on a hillside overlooking Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach, with the island of St. Barth in the distance. This casual villa is perfect for a large family gathering or 2 or 3 families as it sleeps up to 20 people. It offers a large open concept living room and dining area with marble floors, granite counters and a cherry wood kitchen with European cabinetry. The living room includes modest furnishings with wet bar and a small library. The main level also includes a master suite with king size bed and huge walk-in closet and bathroom.

A second master suite on the main level includes 2 twins, bathroom and walk-in closet. On the second level the third bedrooms offers a king bedroom suite with smaller bath/shower. The fourth bedroom is located on the third level and has a king size bed, bathroom and private terrace. All rooms offer outstanding ocean views! The lower level of the villa (private entrance) includes a fifth bedroom with double bed and bath room and a adjacent very large dormitory style bed room with one queen bed, 4 bunk beds, bath room and small sitting area. This room is perfect for children and can sleep 9 or 10. here is a staff living on the premises in a separate house and several friendly dog. It's about a 3 minute drive to the beach.
