All rates are based on 7 nights and include airport pick-up, welcome basket and daily maid service (except Sundays & Public Holidays). A 9% Government Tax will be added to all rates. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 12 night minimum is required. Above rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
This villa is located in a gated community of Oyster Pond only moments away from the beach. It is high up on the hill and has a great view over the Atlantic Ocean and St. Barths.
Just finalized in 2010, this villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living area, open American Kitchen. Custom made built in bar in the living room, which opens up onto the large pool deck with an outside shower.
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, fans and airconditioning. Two bedrooms are located on each side of the livingroom, and open up also onto the pooldeck. The third bedroom is located seperate from the house next to the pooldeck. This bedroom also has it's own balcony.
